Topic: Nintendo Account Suspended

Yesterday, I called the Nintendo Support about why my Nintendo Account got suspended. They told that I was "banned" for using a credit card. But I haven't use anyones or someone else's card! I've kept on searching for answers of how many days is my account going to be unsuspended. Nothing, just full of articles of nintendo.com and some other stuff that has no answers. Can someone help me on this? I really want to know the days of getting unsuspended. (My account to the Switch got suspended on June 1st, 2019.)

Nintendo is the only one that can tell you, friend. But typically an account Ban and an account Suspension are two different things, and still only Nintendo support can give you the answers for your individual situation.

@HobbitGamer I did call them yesterday but they haven't told me how many will they unsuspended me, but regardless, I'll try to call them again today.

I think the problem should be addressed by contacting your Credit Card company because they are probably the culprit here that caused Nintendo to ban you. They have to have a reason and sounds like it was the Credit Card company doing.
