@Ninfan Yeah, Amazon has zero quality control regarding micro sd cards, and is fulll of counterfeit cards. Counterfeiters can make a small cards that say they have 1T of space on your computer ,even though they dont have that space. If you see a 1T (one terabyte) card for less than $150-200 it better have hundreds or 1000s of reviews hand have a good rating. Legitmate 1T cards are at least $250 on amazon- last time I looked a few weeks ago. And they are WAY more at retail stores. They've briefly gone on sale for $200 at black friday. I don't think I've seen them fall below $200.
@Woomy_NNYes If anyone is un-smart enough to see when a 1tb is 20eu then that is their own fault. When something is too good to be true then you got scammed. Amazon has a TOS and doesn't Police it's sellers it's beholden on the buyers to report problems.
@SwitchForce As far as I've seen, NinFan is always nice, and in this case, I think genuinely just needed to be informed, regarding buying big micro sd cards & Amazon. When we are all just a bunch of usernames, I know it can be hard to tell how old some people are, and difficult to tell who just needs some help, even if it seems like something that's common knowledge. Regardless of age, though, I think this was a time for someone nice to help them. So I helped them. NinFan is alright. I like Ninfan SwitchForce is cool, too
@LuigiTheGreenFire Not once you start getting eShop those will start to eat away from microsd if it's less then 256gb so good precaution is the bigger the better.
@Woomy_NNYes this is why they need to identify to the other on here which one it was and not just make rants the Amazon microsd is bad. Knowing which seller and product would alert buyers but since they don't identify the product that doesn't anyone to know more.
@SwitchForce since we can't do private messages, i posted a message to you & deleted it. Let me know if you've seen the message in your email notifications. It's just a heads up on something...
One should just list the scam microSD seller if on Amazon to alert other buyers looking if one isn't willing to do that then nothing more any PM will help here.
