Once again, well done!!

So close...

Some great scores. I'm still stuck on the low 400, 000s. Not put in as much time as I would have liked but will try a final run or two tonight. Alas, I really would've liked to crack 500, 000 but that is probably beyond me now.

My best so far, 407402. Not great, but I've had great fun with this game!

My final submission for this week's challenge. STRIKERS 1945 is a great but tough Shmup 😉

Satisfied I managed to crack my personal target of 500, 000. Used my Switch vertical/TATE stand, so perhaps I better keep hold of this one after all for luck ☺️

I'd have liked to have put a lot more time into this one as I enjoyed it a lot, but had to travel last weekend and had a busy week. Looking forward to the next one!

I've not got it in me tonight to top even my score,let alone anyone elses. I was round at my mate's the last 3 nights and didn't get much sleep.I've caught up with sleep now but I'm too drowsy to handle a game like Strikers 1945. I had a go there and the levels and bosses felt twice as hard as they normally do.I'm not even going to attempt that again as I'll only get frustrated so I'm bowing out with my score of 427,802 that I posted previously. I'll definitely be giving the 1 credit run a go in the future.I look forward to seeing what the next game will be.

Quick query, in response to @hybridseed 's comment about it making him ill 😉 out of curiosity how long do you fellas put in for these weekly challenges?

Typically, going by the Switch activity log, I seem to put in something in the realm of 3 - 5hrs per challenge game. I'd likely put more time in if I was challenging for the very top spot or simply had more game time.

Anyway, that amount of time seems to work for me as I do feel I've had fun with each game and given it a fair crack.

Like any high-score chase, I always feel I come away sensing I could do better the more I played and of course, the open leaderboards offer that opportunity for the future.

Outside of work and family duties it is also the lure of our community game nights (MK8 DELUXE Mondays, mid-week ROCKET LEAGUE, SPLATOON 2 Salmon Runs over weekends) and my gaming back log - currently mainly playing career mode in FIFA 18 - that prove the biggest distractions from me nailing that really high-score (and lack of skill, clearly 😂).
