@DjLewe78: I wouldn't read anything into that at all, as only select partners will have dev kits at this stage, in all likelihood. Smaller devs won't be developing for NX right now, but they might WANT to.
We don't know if NX dev kits have been sent out, and if so, to which developers(first party only, second party, any major dev interested). Don't worry too much. 5% developing for Wii U isn't news, we've been experiencing this for a while now.
The question is about whether they're actively working on a game for the platform. Many developers may not have received dev kits yet and/or are waiting for the official unveiling before they consider the system.
@DjLewe78 I'm not entirely sure it will be though. When talking about Nintendo's plans for the year, the interim president mentioned that they would be releasing info on the NX this year. The phrasing makes me think we will learn a lot about the NX this year, but we won't have it in our homes until next year at the earliest. And the WiiU is only 4 years old. It's had a lot of problems, but it's doing okay enough right now and there is no rush to release a new console.
