From Capcom's youtube page, outlining two exclusive turnabouts to be packaged with the special edition in Japan. It is currently unknown what will happen with the english version.
Considering they are going digital only in the West, they'll either add the additional cases to the game at launch or sell them as DLC later. Unless of course they decide not to release them in the West at all.
Sadly I don't know Japanese so the new trailers don't give me anything yet. I'm also still bitter about Dai Gyakuten Saiban not seeing the light of day in the West so I'm terribly interested in this game. Which is sad.

@Nego: I was thinking the same thing, and I said so on another site. It seems the logical thing to do, like that DLC Turnabout in Dual Destinies. Still...I do wish they'd release that one set in ancient Japan...
@DekersHekers: Honestly, I don't get how they believe an Ace Attorney game set in a far-west asian country with a spirit medium driven court system appeals to Westeners more than the game partially set in London that also features Sherlock Holmes and Watson. But that's Capcom for you.
The main beef I have with the series nowadays is the direction they went with Ace Attorney 5. I was looking forward to Apollo taking the helm and develop as a character after AJ:AA. Instead they revived Phoenix as the main attorney instead of an advisor, and threw a completely new defense attorney to the mix. Even the series creator Shu Takumi said he didn't get why they had to include Phoenix as a protagonist. After Dual Destinies I want to play the games made by Takumi way more than the games made by the new team. Sadly Capcom does not want me do that.
