Hello guys. Thank you for even viewing this thread.
Anyway, I'm curious about something. Since the Wii U came out, me and my 3 siblings have had one in our living room with 4 separate accounts/Nintendo IDs. Anyway, I'm going off to college next fall so I bought myself another Wii U to take with me. All 4 of us have Nintendo IDs linked and have all purchased different games for ourselves. I was wondering if there was a way for me to just transfer my ID and content without formatting/getting rid of all of my siblings content. From what I've read online, it looks like I can transfer everything off the old Wii U onto the new one, and I don't want that. I also don't want to make a new Nintendo ID and loose all the content I have purchased over the last few years (Over $200 worth of content). Do you guys know if I can just transfer the ID or do you have any ideas for me?
You can do it because I had the exact same issue. Just contact Nintendo and tell them you want to transfer a single NNID from one Wii U to another. You'll need to provide the serial numbers of both Wii Us.

Well, that brings up a problem with this. It transfers the license over, so you will have to redownload all your games, and I don't know how to get your save data over. When I transferred, I just had a handful of VC games so it was no big deal to me. Maybe Nintendo has a workaround for this as well.

Hey, I thought I'd have to rebuy everything so getting the licenses to transfer would be more than enough for me! Thank you so much! You are a life-saver!
