I've been watching the little Pikmin cross for about 90 minutes now, still on "1/6" whatever that means. But where they carry over the little squares which make up the box shape (from 25 to 50 etc) they left a square behind. In the middle of the 100% the box is there, missing one square of a piece on the inside. It's been like this for 15 minutes now.
Anybody else enounter this? Before you get on me, I don't have an SD card slot on my computer, or a USB to SD hookup. This was my only option.

Reporting back in, been stuck in Pikmin Limbo for 4:30 now. Yeah that's in hours. Completely lost on what is wrong, or what to do, and at this point I doubt its still transferring anything over still.
To clarify, I used the "send save data and redownload each game from the eShop" shorter wireless method. It isn't short at all.
Thinking I'll leave it on overnight and call if not resolved in the morning.
