From the looks of things, this game isn't popular enough for me to ever get a response, but I might as well try. I'm going crazy trying to find the last two secret characters in the game: the hotdog guy and whichever character is in the roster between the fat guy with the cowboy hat and Agent Scully from the X-Files (He's in silhouette, of course, so I can't really tell who or what he is).
My only guess is that the hotdog can be found in Conga Burger and the other guy in Conga's Palace, given their placement on the character select screen, but if someone has more information on that, please let me know. I've yet to find them anywhere and I'm starting to wonder if the developers somehow forgot to include them in their respective levels.
