I want to register my 3DS XL on club Nintendo so that I can receive a free game. However, I am having a problem and its kind of confusing.
I have logged into my Club Nintendo account and clicked on 'Product Registration'. After putting in the code and going through the survey its then asks for details like desired username and password, which makes no sense because I am already registered and logged in. I tried filling this out anyway but it just says that my email address is already being used like I thought it would. So basically, its not recognizing that I have an account. Anyone got any suggestions about what I can do?

Log out and try again

Like they said, log out first. Might want to close out of all the browsers (clear your temp files and cookies if you want), then re open, log back in, and try again.
