You're so lucky...I was going to go this year, but scheduling plans changed all that...NEXT year though...
For fun, I would suggest dropping your wallet on a busy sidewalk. I've been told that the public there is so trusting, you can find it in the exact same place even hours after you've dropped it! ...Don't quote me, though...you're better off taking out your credit cards and whatnot beforehand...
I'm working on a game that's coming out soon! Cipher Trailer

Hang out with some hot Japanese chicks !
I'm going with my partner (who is one such example of a Japanese chick!), but Maid Cafes are on the holiday menu FOR SURE
Also note I will be taking my camera to Harajuku. Should I find Rikkus I shall make photos.

Break into NIntendo's headquarters and learn everything they're doing. While you're there, steal early copies of every game in development so you can play them before everyone else!

Please note disclaimer two in my initial post. I shall do this, but be prepared, I have given my lawyer your IP number and you can expect to hear from him in roughly a month to cover the costs of the court case <_<
Please, guys, no begging on the forums. This includes making requests of WaltzElf to look for things for you while he's in Japan. It is not fair to ask him to take time out of his trip to look for things for you, nor for him to have to mail it from Japan or carry it back in his bags and mail it to you when he gets home, thus taking up valuable souvenir space.
That said, Waltz, if you're indeed willing to look for things for people, feel free to post your e-mail address (or some other way to contact you) if you like so that interested parties may make their requests privately. :3
BEST THREAD EVER future of NL >:3
[16:43] James: I should learn these site rules more clearly
[16:44] LztheBlehBird: James doesn't know the rules? For shame!!!

I must stress that I only have a day or so for shopping in Akihabera (spelling is wrong, I know) - so I can't promise that I can track anything down. Still, I'll try if it's a reasonable request.
I'm so jealous, been wanting to go for years. Regardless, have a great, safe trip and buy as much awesome, wacky crap/anime stuff as possible. If you have extras/no room, I'll give you my number/email.
[21:14] pixelman: I blame fheblackdragon
[21:15] pixelman: That's not an f by the way, it's a fancy t.
[21:15] Objection: Tales of Graces "fancy t"

[21:15] pixelman: OB knows what he's asking about.
WaltzElf, you've been on here for at least a few months, why don't you have an avatar?
Because I haven't found an avatar that suits me yet.
Please take photos and share them here when you return -- if you see a shrine or a traditional Japanese inn, that would be cool to see.
I plan on that! I'd like to do a couple of travel stories/ pieces for various publications when I get back, so lots of photos and stories are required

If I have any money after pachinko, I will!
Tell me how good the cosplays are! =D
It sucks that I'm going in the Japanese winter. The chances of there being a Rikku or Ashe are virtually zero
