Topic: New Nintendo Survey. What could it mean?

Hi all,

I got an e-mail today from Nintendo to participate in a new online survey. In reward I got 30 Platinum Coins.
The questions mainly regarded which characters and game series I liked and on which platforms I like to game on.

Has anyone else got an invitation? Does Nintendo do surveys like these often? And what could it all mean? Are they trying to decide which franchises needs focus on perhaps?

Cool! I've yet to receive anything like this yet. May I ask what you chose?

@ExoticSquidy32 Well, the survey gave multiple options regarding characters and franchises but only 10 or so on each subject, so I was honest and only picked those I truly like. Mario platformers of course, StarFox, Donkey Kong, Kirby and Splatoon. No mentions about Arms, F-Zero, Ice Climbers or stuff like that, which is a shame if you ask me.

Sounds like a survey I received months ago when the Switch launched. Nintendo sometimes do surveys. Other companies do as well. I only reply to Nintendo ones because they're the only ones I care about.

@Rextephan Thanks! If I get the email, I'll probably choose those too! I wouldn't mind a Ice Climber reboot though.

I've had something similar back before the Switch was revealed. It probably doesn't mean much, it's just a generic survey.
