I haven't gotten to play many games that let you play as girl, but I say

Uh yeah, Samus is a given. I love playing as Daisy in Mario Kart, though. <3

Any of the chicks I create in rpg's like Mass Effect, Fallout, and Dragon Age. I figure if I'm going to be staring at the screen for 50-100 hours each game, I should be looking at something that I enjoy.
