Hi Logan, your score is saved! It's just that the scoreboard is overflowing a bit thanks to some rather long names. Scores like 2710 are actually 27100. Your score is below the last score I can see right now: 20900. I'm going to be adjusting the score fonts a bit to correct this issue.

@Yoshii - More games will come as I (and possibly others) write them. :p

There's still a lot of work to be done. However, my wife just made it easier by surprising me with a DSi! So I fixed a bunch of minor issues, and introduced a new program called Shout Box! Go check it out and let me know what you think. :)

OUTAGE: Please be aware that our hosting provider (Google) is having difficulties with their services at the moment. High Scores and the ShoutBox! may not function correctly until fixed. Games should otherwise play ok. I'll edit this post when the issue is resolved.

Thanks for all the great comments everyone has left on the ShoutBox! Your response has been overwhelmingly positive. To answer the most commonly asked question, more games are on their way. They'll appear as they are completed and rolled out. I would expect that you'll see at least one more game in the next week. :)

Edit: Functionality has been restored for DSiCade. Please report here if you encounter any additional errors.

Shout box seems to do nothing. lol but I alread read that it may be Google.

All the games work, but it's a little hard because the tapping of the screen causes the browser to move up and down a little, dunno if there's a way to fix that though.

@ReZon - Thanks for the words of encouragement! It's definitely easier with a DSi in hand, but I have to give credit to everyone who helped out. When I finally got a DSi, the site was so close to correct it was shocking. Kudos on excellent reporting, everyone! :)

@Hardy83 - The hosting provider appears to have resolved the issues. Shout Box should now be back online. The movement on tapping is an unfortunate side effect of the DSi browser's design. However, the issue is mitigated where possible. If you use light taps in War Games, the screen should reset as soon as you tap correctly. With a bit of practice, you should have no issues with scrolling. :)

Note that I do have another report out about the scrolling, so I'll double check when I get the chance to ensure that the mitigating safeguards are still in place and operating properly.

@Hardy83 - I tracked down the scroll issue that was reported in War Games and fixed it. It won't stop scrolling from happening altogether, but the fix should make the problem less noticeable. :)

It's a bit annoying that you have to wait till the explosion is done before you can tap again in the War game, the scrolling is less annoying when you get used to it.

Also, not all the instructions show up in Touch Mii, the last part you can read is 'play back in sequence will'.

Nice site btw, can't wait for future games.

@KitBliss - Thank you for your kind words! Hopefully you'll also like the next app I'm working on right now...

Yes I discovered it yesterday, just before my battery ran out on my DSi. A brilliant IM app for the DSi!!! Awesome. Keep up all the great work amigo. ;-)

i think you should do the following with this site.

#1 make it into a site called ninendo arcade.
#2 make the site have two section dsi cade/wii cade and have forms/developmental diarys. and let people have nintendo arcade acounts.
#3 make the websight say powered by nintendo life/opera

This is ground control to major Tom, you've really made the grade. And the papers want to know whose shirts you wear

Heh. I'm not sure whether NintendoLife would see that as homage or blatant theft! :P

Realistically, the two sites target very different devices. Merging them is not a viable consideration. However, that doesn't mean that I won't be looking for ways to provide cross-site integration in the future. Watch this space! :D

I appreciate your enthusiasm geek-master, but I'm afraid it's not that easy. Quantity is easy if you're willing to accept sub-standard results. But if you quality and replayability, that takes a lot of time and energy.

BTW, DSiCade is accepting submissions! The skills necessary are unfortunately rare, but I do want to support anyone who's looking to write in JS. If anyone knows advanced JavaScript, feel free to mention that you want to make a game and I will personally work with you on getting a high quality title completed. :)
