well if one is free and one isn't, i think the choice is easier to make if flipnote is not free then compare prices and features and see which one you like or see yourself using more
Well, we can't really tell which one is better yet, since Nintendo has hardly released any information about Flipnote Memo (Flipnote Studio 3DS's working title). What we do know about it is that it's going to be free (according to this here article), so I would wait for Flipnote Memo to come out.
