[...]PS does anyone know how to embed images on this forum?
Thanx Roopa, shud come in handy ^This is actually a picture, too. Because if it was text I couldn't put it here because it automatically would try to display an image.
FATEM - I really like your little drawings. Because you've done them as animations it really makes you stop and watch what they're going to become, rather than just take a quick glance at the drawing and move on. Could post your Flipnote friend code so I could bookmark you as a friend?

Sure. Although recently I've been skipping Hatena and uploading them straight to DeviantArt so I'll post that as well. Hatena:L B A A Up L Up Right Deviantart:http://notaninja1.deviantart.com/
Every time I draw something with Art Academy I get frustrated and quit without saving. I love pencil sketching then I ruin my drawing by adding paint. I need more practice. Anyway, here are my lesson drawings.
Taya - Your paintings look fine to me! I think it's like Dru said and it's just a matter of getting used to the paint brushes. Maybe what you should do is do your pencil sketches until you're happy with it, then save it to the DSi album. Then you can continue in the paint feature. That way at least you won't loose your pencil drawing. Are those last 3 pictures of yours from lessons from the second semester?
I did painting yesterday. I know it's not brilliant or anything ... and I should have given it some sort of background. But I tried drawing this duck over the summer on Flipnotes and just could not get it right for anything. I was so frustrated with it that I gave up playing Flipnotes for a while. I did a much better job drawing it in Art Academy. So now that beast is conquered, I'm moving on to something else. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/VATalbot/DSi/Rubberducki...

Thanks. Yes the last three are from the Second Semester. The next lesson is a landscape which I personally find boring but I will eventually push myself to do it. I mostly use Free Paint to doodle which is why I don't mind if I wreck my drawing with paint. My New Years resolution this year is to draw one picture every day. I'll probably draw with the DSi on some days.
As for Flipnote Studio, I've done a few flips that I'm proud of. I'm working on one now but it's taking a really long time!
TAYA Really like your flips especially the Rhythm Paradise one it's my fave DS title, especially like this challenge. Such a catchy cute tune "I suppose"!
