Just curious..... is this game a direct port for the DS from the Wii version of the game? I am assuming the graphics may not be quite as good on the DS version? I really don't know much but see they are on both systems. I am just looking for details here on the differences in the two games from people that have played them. Spare no detail, thanks!
The multiplayer. The multiplayer makes the Wii NSMB insanely more fun than the DS one. Some level designs are different. The games are very similar but they're not the exact same.

The Wii version had the propeller mushroom, ice flower and penguin suit powerups while the DS version had the mega mushroom and koopa shell powerups. The Wii version also had airship levels while the DS version didn't. Yoshi was in the Wii version but he was only in a couple of levels. Also, the two secret worlds in the DS version are regular worlds in the Wii version.
