I looked at my gaming library and saw Kirby Super Star Ultra and thought, "Hmmm Kirby would look so great in 3D". I'm waiting for them to announce a Kirby...has anyone else been waiting?

There's a rumor that a pop up book themed Kirby game is coming out. It seems likely, and has alot in common with Paper Mario(from the sounds of it, minus the RPG elements, and side scrollerish instead).
All we have is a rumor, but Kirby shows up on pretty much everything Nintendo, so it's SORTA safe to say it'll happen eventually.

Eventually it'll hit the 3DS no doubt about it. Thing is Nintendo is focussing on getting the Wii U up and runnin' so I doubt we'll see any new games announced at E3 so it could be a year or two.
My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

Meh, not really. The moves were basically the same. The stickers pretty much just counted as the FP instead, and it was for basic moves.
There was still alot of RPGness in Sticker Star, just not as obvious as the other Paper Mario games.
Even Super Paper Mario had less RPG elements than Sticker Star.
However you look at it, Kirby seems like(according to the rumor) it will shape up to look like Paper Mario:Sticker Star. A pop-up book type game seems like something Nintendo would do.

I think it's pretty likely that we'll see a Kirby game for the 3DS within the next two years. They could do some pretty cool stuff with the 3D effect so I'd be excited if they announced one.
