Topic: Trouble Updating Nintendo 3DS :(

I go to system setting, update system, it starts but just sits there and loads
Then it says "An error occurred"

It can't be the internet cause Mario Kart 7 works fine!

The only thing we can recommend is patience, I'm afraid — if an error occurs, try again in a few minutes, or an hour or so. It kept giving me errors when I first attempted to update it, but an hour later it went without a hitch (though slowly, haha). If you think something is really wrong with your 3DS, contact Nintendo.
