Topic: Software showing as 0 after system transfer?

Sorry for the lengthy post but I wanted to go into detail.

Okay, so I just got another 3ds XL and transferred over the stuff from my old one. Everything was there but my Dsiware(which was moved to SD card during transfer) but since I used the eshop on this new one for the first time, things got weird.

Apparently I had to (re)update a few of my ambassador titles, which I did.

Okay, so shortly after that I head to the home menu and then the white box sillouettes of my games flash up but then the majority of them go missing afterwards besides some scattered ones.

I try to go back to the eshop and (every time) it gives me an error message after signing into my NNID and tells me to turn of my system, which I do.

When I turned it back on, I decided to check my data storage and when you click on software, ALL of the boxes just show a 0 and cannot be deleted. Only the extra data box has things showing for a few titles.

It's weird to me because I have not gotten any corruption messages or anything(don't think I have before so excuse me), though something is wrong obviously.

I can't seem to find anything specifically about it online except for like one other person asking who didn't get an answer(referring to the 0's and such).

It was all fine until what I described above.

Any suggestions on what went wrong?

Sounds like corruption to me, but you'll have to ask Nintendo directly about this.

Yeah, I was hoping to see if anyone had seen a similar issue(since they're closed atm) before.

Guess I'll contact them in the morning.

Thanks.
