Topic: Resident Evil: Revelations / Mercenaries 3D

Got Revelations early on in my 3ds days and I replayed the story mode about three months ago. A great game, shame it didn't get the sales it deserved. Tried online a couple of times, but never really got into the swing if it. I do enjoy doing a quick blitz through the raid mode. Definitely one of the unsung titles on the system.

@Dezzy: well the core gameplay is kinda simplistic. but tetris is very simplistic too. though it is one of the most fun games of all times until today

the singleplayer in mercenaries is basically just a big tutorial for the multiplayer and score-hunting (single or multiplayer). forget the chapters 1-3. 4, 5 and EX are the chapters that really matter. maybe you should watch a video of someone playing the game with all the tricks there are. like shooting the enemies in the knee to make them go down for a finishing melee-attack which gives you more time and points. also levleing up your perks is a lot of fun. when you max them out they give you even more boosts and abilities.

I never got to get Mercenaries 3D. I wonder if the online is still alive and kicking, because I'd love to try it out.

revelations' raid mode is a great fit for the handheld format

Really? I havent played either game in FOREVER! I never knew the online was still kicking. Maybe I'll dust off my old copies and play again.
