Hello i am just inquiring if trading on Pokemon X/Y will it be behind the Pokemon bank pay wall ? ( When i describe Pokemon bank as a pay wall i am not being negative about it ) Will i have to subscribe the the service just to trade my Pokemon from black 1 and 2 to X and Y.

As far as I know, the transfer thing is an add-on to Pokémon Bank; so yes, you will have to do the annual fee to use it. However, the first month is free, so if you do it right you could probably transfer all the Pokémon you want in that first month. Hope that helps!
