Topic: My 3DS can't do anything. Please help.

I have been having this problem for far too long now. I need help. Thanks in advance. My Problem: My 3ds (xl) has become the worst 3ds in existense. It can connect to the internet perfectly, but once i attempt to go online on a game, like mariokart or pokemon, it always fails. I can sometimes enter the eshop but it usually fails too. I get all sorts of different error codes that aren't even registered on nintendo's website, and i assume that these error codes are just there because they have to be there. As a last resort, i tried to reset my 3ds to factory settings, but guess what, i get an error message for that as well! What is wrong with my handheld?
