Ugh, stupid Desire Sensor is returning...can't upgrade weapons because it won't give me a stupid item/material. xD

...Where does Gypceros spawn in the Primal Forest? Seriously never had trouble finding him in $U. >.<

If I remember correctly, he spawns around the middle part of the map.

You can also wave at the monster locator-thingy that sometimes floats around the map to find it.

The balloon never shows up for me, but yeah I've tried searching in almost every area at the start....and can never find him. >.<

In the primal forest, it usually appears in areas 1 or 2 I think.

Edit: wait, I'm confusing the MH4 map with the first map from this game (which has a kinda similar name to "primal forest" in Spanish). I haven't seen the primal forest here yet

So...

The Jurassic Frontier is... Fronda Arcaica (Archaic Forest).

And the Primal Forest is... Selva Jurasica (Jurassic Jungle).

Yeah that's not confusing.

I love the franchise so much, but sometimes I want to sacrifice the game cartridge to Satan or something...

I was trying to take on Khezu and normally it's child's play. But this Khezu...man it must have gotten some bad news at work or whatever. The first 5 minutes went perfectly fine, no problem, but after that, he kept roaring and roaring and roaring all the time. (My fault for not having an armorset with Earplugs). But what was the worst, was when he constantly keept being electrified. And it kept switching from roaring -> electric -> roaring -> electric...for about 10 min or so. And if that wasn't enough, it kept flying to other areas.

Oh, and ofcourse, Deviljho showed up and all of a sudden, the damn ugly electric chicken-ish tool of a Khezu decided to stay in the area of course, next to big o' Picklemonster X_X. And yup - dumb me forgot to bring dung bombs haha

The damn fight took 25 minutes.....never had so much trouble with a Khezu before #rant

Which got me to think....what monster do you guys find really annoying?

Those dang Ioprey and their boss that take way more punishment than is reasonable for a raptor bird wyvern. I groan whenever I have to face one of these.

Any monster with a zero-startup charging can also give me grief. Special dishonourable mention to Yian Garuga whose approaching flailing charge inflicts massive damage despite only using it to get close for another attack.

...So I don't end up wasting an hour or so, are the Stonefists' health reduced in the multi hunts? I unlocked Stonefist III, kinda wanna see if I can handle it alone and unlock High Rank Stonefist.

...Well I'm solo'ing it all, is why I'm asking. lol

My few encounters with Plesioth have been no trouble at all, thanks to aerial mount spam + him randomly standing still contemplating his life choices for 5 seconds at a time giving a stupid amount of openings. They were all done in sub-seven minutes.

@Tsurii ...Well I tried the quest, apparently their health doesn't scale...usually it takes me between 20 and 25 minutes to take down Stonefist. It was still taking me that long to do the Stonefist III hunt...anyways tonight guess I'll go online if you guys want to help me farm that quest. Might go ahead and do Snowbaron as well since I'm not doing any videos today. lol

...So I guess no one will be around tonight then. :/

Never hunted a deviant before so I don't know if I'm ready for them.

Do you have any high rank armor? They hit hard, even Arzuros.
You could also just use a ranged weapon and try to play it safe.

But yeah maybe you could get a ranged weapon and some armor with the Sneak skill. (I think Narga has it)

I've tried ranged weapons.

It was a disaster.

Guess I'm more of a "hit it with a heavy thing" kinda guy.
