I was planning to import a 3DS LL (not the new one) from Japan, but seeing as how the cost and waiting time of importing games from other websites is very high, I would turn to the eShop for games. But I wanted to know if I could access the Japanese eShop from America. If anybody knows, please let me know. I also was wondering if I needed a Japanese SD card for the system or if an American one would work just fine. Same for the AC adapter. Should I buy a Japanese adapter or will the one from my American 3DS XL work the same? Thank you!

The eShop will work as long as you have internet(you will need a visa card to buy things btw), SD cards aren't region locked so American ones will work fine and any 3DS AC adapter will work.
