We just finished (ok so it's kinda "beta") a website to help people contribute their Mii's and QR Codes to a public repository. We are still working out some of the kinks, but the idea is cool - You basically just browse and either upload your Mii characters or download someone else's. We've been online for just an hour or so at this point, so we'd hope to have more Miis for everyone as time goes on.
This is entirely a fan built site, not intended for capitalization, we love the 3DS and thought it'd be mega cool to have an online library of all the Mii's we could find.
Thanks pogocoop, I'll try to answer any questions myself (time permitting). We do hope to have the site looking a bit nicer in the upcoming weeks, so don't let the visuals put you off.
