@Gauchorino after reading your comments i went and saw the show again and still enjoyed it. I think you are thinking too much into it that you fail to see the little things that make it castlevania. But hey to each his own. I do hope season 2 does better for you.
Me on the other hand cannot wait to see the continuation. Some parts bring back memories of the old games and thats why i like it.
Like the scene where he entered the town thru the sewer and he was jumping from rock to rock i was clapping my hands going "hahaha i used to do that!"
