There's things I like about Arceus Legends too but the same can be said of GTA Trilogy. Both good games that are mired by inexcusable performance and visual issues. Both need more time in the oven and shouldn't have been released in their current state. But Arceus Legends is getting away with it because the franchise tried something different for the first time in decades.
Watching the gyrados fly around flickering at 2 fps had me in stitches. Right up there with GTA Trilogy's memes.
