After the Walmart site failed me I got in queue at Best Buy at 6am my time and finally got one at 8:45am while at work. I just left the browser open on my phone checking it every few minutes.
I got the bundle and a Pro controller secured. I may still get an email rom Nintendo since I signed up for that really early before I saw any posts online about it when that page first went live, so if someone I know needs one and they have time to give me money so I can order another one for them.
