Some devs aren't as technically skilled or some publishers aren't as ambitions with their projects. I don't imagine these people take too many days off so calling them lazy may be a bit unfair. Insulting people because you don't like their work is pretty awful. If I don't think a product is of good enough quality, I just wont buy it. If I do buy a product and it's bad, I'll give it a bad review, try to get a refund and avoid that dev/publisher in the future.
