In all fairness, wind waker, as we've come to expect now, was already seriously delayed. So no wonder a lot of content didn't make the cut.
I remember thinking pictures in magazines looked meh. But then I got a DVD with a magazine showing off the early footage of it. (Had to watch on my mates PS2 cos we didn't have a player haha). I was amazed just watching the video. And the game itself has aged so well that I could hardly see the point of an HD remake.
P.S. loved the train in spirit tracks so much! That was the true sequel I think.
@zool Well I know that between Humble Bundle and the recent anniversary discounts, I have tons of download games. I think the target audience of the 3DS don't tend to buy most games instantly on release and sales come over time at birthdays etc. I bet lifetime sales for most non-sucky first party 3ds games (Stell Diver and Pilotwings, looking at you) are healthily high. Tbh, what is NoE playing at? Nothing for ages. Then Pokken followed a month or so later by Star Fox and Yo-kai Watch. And then suddenly, over £80 of Fire Emblem, Tokyo Mirage Sessions and Kirby all coincide at the start of summer when I bet they share a lot of the userbase. Foolish.
@rjejr Yeah, you're actually right in some ways. Obviously, there is an audience for Zelda whatever. But I guess they're trying to build up hype which is good.

@EdJericho Ooo you're right. I kinda assumed they were on a laptop... I didn't even think about Ike, I just saw the course.

That's blatantly Brawl...
You call yourself a Nintendo journalist? Think you'll have to change the title Thomas...
