@mazzel Those are the games I bought the console to hopefully play one day and sure I've bought other games to tide me over and they have been good but the wait is starting to get really tiresome.
@Anri02 well technically Metroid got cancelled but that's besides the point. I didn't say I believed or was worried they got cancelled, I only voiced my concern regarding the lack of updates on the projects.
@countzero Well didn't they market those games to hype people up for the console? Or was it just me? If I didn't want 1-2 Switch or a bunch of Wii U ports what else should I be looking forward to?
@JimmySpades Some of the best games, if not THE best games, on Switch are Wii U ports and I already have a Wii U so.
Why I'm worried? Maybe because out of the three games (metroid 4, smt 5, bayo 3) I bought a Switch for one has been cancelled and the other two hasn't had an update since the "it's coming" reveal.
The music in the new Doom games is absolutely horrible so hopefully this will lead to the new game having actual METAL in it instead of the skrillex wub dub stuff we have now.
@Rpg-lover I see your point and I enjoy and like the game as well but that does not take away another persons right to have their own opinion and criticizing what we happen to like. It does not make their point of view any less valid. We are all different people with different point of view and that's a good thing. There is no such thing as "right" or "wrong" opinion when it comes to videogames, only personal tastes.
Try to not let what other think take away from your enjoyment from something in the future and I promise you'll feel a lot better.

@Tonyo I don't agree with your opinion but I respect it and seeing other comments in this thread I think people should take a chill pill and realize that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and who are we to say how valid or invalid it is?
With @harrystein there. Doom 2016 was a bit overrated with too much unskipplable cutscenes, that in a Doom game should be unforgivable! And the music was more dubstep nonsense than pure metal like in previous entries. Eternal is a hard pass for me I'll stick to the originals thank you very much.
@tobibra The SJW stuff is what put me of from buying it too. Will be getting it through games with gold on Xbox so I might as well try it out when it's "free".
