@LGamer IMO it wasn't that good of a game. Kind of like one of those hack n' slash games where you just press one button thoughtlessly and swing a sword except with a gun. Fun for a few minutes but not much more. Bad story. Good graphics for ten bucks. Overall I think you could do much better with 1000 points. Something like a Sin and Punishment.
This really isn't bothering me that much even though Banjo'Tooie is my all-time favorite game and Kazooie is second. In third is another Rareware game, now just Rare, Donkey Kong 64. This isn't bothering me because I own both Banjo games. What is bothering me is the fact that I never played Conker's Bad Fur Day and this article probably means Conker won't see it to the vc either.
Do you think a Terranigma or Tales of Phantasia release would be a miracle as well. I heard that those two and Seiken Densetsu 3 were some of the most amazing RPG's.
@ Corbie On your super-nes site you have a seiken densetsu 3 review. I was wondering how you got to play it. Was it emulated on a computer or some other way.
@Bensei I realize you guys have less than half the wii-ware games we do but like I said earlier, just wishful thinking. But I still prefer vc games over wii-ware games even though that has nothing to do with the argument.
@ StarDust I really don't understand your comment at all. You start bashing Rexy when no one else has been for the last day and then you say to stop bashing Rexy. I am a male though and I agree with Rexy, I haven't left 28 posts though. Then again, no ones been arguing with me.
@ Storm101 I will agree that Final Fantasy has become a not so great franchise that just has good promotion and hype. The newer games are notoriously boring. But I don't think it's the complexity but more of the unoriginality and repetetiveness. Level grinding is also something that you'll be lucky if you don't find it in an RPG. It has nothing to do with complexity. Pokemon is one of the most if not the most simple RPG and it can result in hours of level grinding. I am going to promote Baten Kaitos once again, sorry for getting off subject Tweek, but it is one of my favorite RPG's. It has a unique storyline. Even if the main character has amnesia. It also doesn't contain much level grinding and barely any repetiveness. It actually seems like a game for Rexy seeing as she thinks SMRPG is to simple and Final Fantasy is boring. If any of you have never played this game pick it up.
@ SmaMan The collectathons were always my favorite games. My favorite games of all time were Banjo-Tooie, Banjo-Kazooie, and Donkey Kong 64; respectively. All three of those are Rareware collectathons. It's a shame Rare was sold to Microsoft. Other than those three they also made great games like Conker, Perfect Dark, and Goldeneye. But RPG's are second on my list of favorite genres and SMRPG was never high on my RPG list. I enjoyed it but it was never to complex. My favorite RPG, and some people aren't gonna' like this, is Baten Kaitos. I just wish they would make a Baten Kaitos game for Wii.

Where is majoras mask. It's the only Zelda game I haven't played.
Re: Hori Announces New Classic Controller For Japan
@ outrunner
they make wireless gamecube controllers with rumble
Re: Hori Announces New Classic Controller For Japan
terrible name
but still sweet. Will it work with games like Ocarina of Time the same way the Gamecube port's of them did?

Re: US VC Release - 30th June - Fatal Fury 2

Re: Secret of Evermore - Brian Fehdrau Interview
Star Fox 2 would seem to be an interesting choice as well.
Re: Secret of Evermore - Brian Fehdrau Interview
@ Corbie
So Seiken Densetsu 3 cost you $250. I think I may consider ordering some of those custom carts in the future. Pretty awesome.

Re: Secret of Evermore - Brian Fehdrau Interview
While we are speaking of Secret of Mana I hope they release Seiken Densetsu 3 (Mana 3). I always wanted to play that
Re: OFLC Update - Super Mario RPG On Its Way To Europe
I'd love to play the zelda, metal gear, and donkey kong land gameboy games.

Re: US VC Release - 16th June - Samurai Shodown
Maybe they will treat us like they did Europe and give us 4 or 5 games next week. That's probably just wishful thinking though.

I say we should all throw some money together and hire an assassin as to permanently remove Mr. Fischer

@ Quimby
I've been thinking about buying a 360 just for Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts.

DK64 was one of the greatest games during the collectathon era
