I've enquired at Gamestop and it appears this was a GAME exclusive, unfortunately as GAME has closed down all of its stores in Ireland, ill have to pick it up on Amazon, (or download) really enjoyed the first one.
In all fairness, while playing the others does add to the experience, anyone who doesent have the option is still in for an incredible time with this and the comic does a decent job of explaining the backstory. Sadly I doubt we'll ever see 1&2 on wii u, unless this sells extremely well which I doubt as most will have played it on other systems. + The ending is Great!!
About time this was reviewed, incredible game made only better on the wii u, (the inventory system works so much better on the gamepad) 3rd time going through it and 1st time on wii u(as a fully biotic this time) and still loving it, really is a shame that they skimped on the DLC though, had pay to download them on ps3 when they should have been included, really enjoying the multiplayer on wii u too.
This should be a day 1 download for everyone, truely an amazing title. After all the hype I was expecting this to be a letdown but it superseeded my expectations in every way. Great game.
Some good titles here but no virtues last reward and nsmb u as best wii u? maybe its the sites demographic but both nintendoland & zombi u were far more deserving of the top spot imho, nsmb u is great and all but its strange to see a title with little to no innovation beat out an exceptionally innovtaive title (zombie u) AND the wii u's own superb instruction manual!! (nintendoland). Perhaps this is one of the reasons the big game developers favor duplication over innovation! Gamers are always calling for something new while eating up the same old games over and over,
hmmm wii u retail is difficult, I think mass effect 3 should be in there somewhere if ports are included, as it stands its goty material on any system regardless of which version is the best, and the wii u version is really excellent. either that or zombi u for 1 & 2 and nintendoland for 3
@manic221 Dont know what you've seen but there are 0 differences in load times between basic/premium, its not possible by any stretch, unless your suggesting the basic model has a slower processor/less RAM than the premium which of course would be idiotic. If you have a white wii u OR a black wii u your going to have the same issues with loading times.
The fact that both IGN & Gamespot gave RE6 higher scores than this completely invalidates them, was a bit iffy about their reviews prior to the release of this and haven't gone back to either since. Anyone who thinks RE6 is a better game than this is an idiot, plain & simple
It really seems like nintendo dont want to make money, while eshop exclusives will come in time and i'm sure there are titles in development that we havent heard of yet there's no excuse (particularly in light of the poor 3ds launch) for not having vc games actually on the wii u eshop.
Who ever thinks this isin't going to have a negative impact in some way is only fooling themselves, it will take a while to see the effects but lets just wait and see how many eshop titles fail to come to europe as a result of this silly decision/law. while nintendo may be complying to german laws, I'am sure there are numerous ways around this. Nintendo really don't seem to get the whole online thing at all do they, always shooting themselves in the foot. As much as it pains me to say it, ill be using psn & xbla predominantly for digital content, apart from eshop exclusives (none of which will be rated 18)
@Adam I agree, think its only an excuse, if this was indeed nintendo taking the some kind of moral high ground, what does that say for future releases, by not implementing online multiplayer they run the risk of distancing themselves from the very 'core' gamer's they keep going on about. Really hope this isin't a trend nintendo is going to carry on with. Nintendoland would have been great if you could have met up with friends in game and went to attractions together and it was a serious omission to an otherwise great title.
Really surprised by this game, picked it up on a whim and its superb, best karting game out bar none. A huge amount of effort has gone into this, its a love letter to sega titles of old and the developers deserve credit, easiest thing would have been to simply add a few tracks/characters to the original game and release it as a sequel but they really outdone themselves with this. The courses and remixed soundtracks are truly excellent. Really hope this sells well across all platforms cause it really deserves it, the skies of arcadia stage deserves special mention. Just falls behind nintendoland as best launch title. seriously to anyone who's on the fence, pick it up!
seeing as Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is only €39.99 on both PSN & XBLA I really cant figure out why its more expensive on wii u unless the prices are incorrect, was hoping to pick it up on wii u but if it turns out more expensive ill go with psn.

Re: Feature: 10 Essential Games For Your New Wii U
Have to reiterate on ME3 again! seriously no.1 game for wii u even if you haven't played the previous titles.

Re: Review: Angry Birds Trilogy (3DS)
nice collection albeit at a cheaper price, picked it up for €15 recently and I feel its worth it considering the amount of content here.
Re: Crimson Shroud Confirmed for 13th December Release On 3DS eShop
