"H.P. Lovecraft, who once referred to people of colour as a "beast filled with vice"."
Give me a break with the virtue-signalling. You could read 99 % of Lovecraft's fiction and never even know what his personal views were — and these views were common among educated people in his days.
Compare how his views didn't impact his work with how today's writers — who don't have 1 % of his talent — can't help inject their political, trendy views into everything they write — this review being a good example of this annoying trend.
God forbid a female gamer would be forced to control a male sprite on screen: how could she ever enjoy the game? Come to think of it, I can't believe I, as a man, ever enjoyed games like Metroid, Tomb Raider or Beyond Good and Evil. And I even lowered myself to playing Ms. Pac-Man and liking it.
Sorry, but this whole idea of having to "identify" to the made-up, fantasy cartoon characters you control in video games is just so ridiculous.
As others have mentioned, there is a game-breaking bug in the game that prevents you from saving after a certain point. I can't believe Nordic Games hasn't released a patch yet, or even acknowledged this problem, which makes the game unplayable.
Nintendo Life, can you get an answer from Nordic Games?

Re: Japanese Game Director Swery Will Rewrite At Least One Scene In Deadly Premonition 2
"Swery" should apologize instead for not including the option to invert the y-axis: THAT is offensive.
Re: Review: Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise - A Fun Game, In Disguise
Argh you can't invert the Y-axis! It's unplayable to me. Please developers patch this as soon as possible!

Re: Video: The Doom Annihilation Movie Looks Absolutely Horrifying
I shut it off the moment I saw the "strong female character." Talk about not getting it...

Re: Nordic Games Rebrands With a Touch of THQ and Talks Up Future Projects
Hey THQ Nordic how about patching The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 on Wii U so it's finally playable?
Re: Darksiders is Coming to Wii U
Could Nordic Games finally patch Book of Unwritten Tales 2 so the game becomes playable?
