From videos coming from the event Pragmata definitely looks like it's shooting for 60. Might be inconsistent, but definitely not a locked 30, so kinda weird to say that unless maybe there was a setting for it enabled that no one else had.
Saw the header and searched for "dodge" for Super Dodge Ball and couldn't find it, then "Kunio" and still nothing. Then finally saw Super Technos World. Gonna have to pick that one up eventually for Super Dodge Ball.
@BloodNinja Definitely still holds up, and pretty different from Ikaruga. There's a few ties here and there but gameplay wise there's actually not much in common, it's why Ikaruga always has that "spiritual" successor qualifier whenever it's mentioned with Radiant Silvergun.
@Slowdive I wouldn't say without a gimmick as much as just...completely different gimmicks. Not necessarily a bad thing since it's executed well in both games, just different.
