But one term they are looking for is getting a cut from the sales of the IPs. I did send an email begging them not to sell to them and the reasons why, doubt they will listen.
If just for content, go ahead and use whatever cheating mechanism. However, if caught in a professional match cheating, whatever the rule is on the matter must be followed.

SMG2 was considered an expansion, before turned into a full game release. It could be possible they combined it, but wouldn't be shocked if it isn't.
