@Kirby_Girl Yeah, the Joycons have even better 3 dimensional space perception than even the Wiimote did so it would work for a Wii Sports port or a new Switch Sports.
I’ve had it in a box for weeks, finally got it out yesterday. I can see the point of the game making fitness seamless and fun but I’d rather something like WiiFit or WiiSports. Hopefully Nintendo has more games coming for the Ring-con.
Mine just arrived. This thing is the kind of Nintendo I love. These kinds of innovative control devices that involve movement are both fun and get you active. I was hoping for a Switch Fit that'd be compatible with the WiiFit board but I'll take this. I haven't played yet but in addition to this game, I hope that they release an actual fitness game like WiiFit that works with it.
I want to see more fun and innovative games and accessories. The direction taken with LABO is exactly what Nintendo is about and should be pursuing. Of course, keep dedicated gamers happy with 3rd party titles, but non traditional gamers is where Nintendo will grow the platform beyond a niche.
I'd like to see a Switch Fit with balance board, another edition of 1, 2 Switch, a Switch version of Punch Out!, Switch Sports and other fun games that can be played as a family or group of friends. I don't expect any of these to come at E3 since we haven't heard any rumours but nobody expected LABO either.
