@SnackPop yeah, I'm definitely not leaving my order screen until I get a confirmation email and/or see that it's cleared my account. But yeah, it all comes down to whether or not they are considering stock per completed order or not. I'm not getting my hopes up too high until I have a copy in my hands.
IT WORKED. After kicking me back to the wait room, it brought me right back to where I left off in my cart and allowed me to finalize my purchase! Big shout out to @progx for walking us all off the proverbial ledge on this one. I was honestly about to cut my losses and give up. Good luck, everyone!
@progx I just logged into my nintendo store account from a different device and can confirm that it still shows in my cart. Looks like it's just taking some time to get me back to the finalize order screen. You have given me renewed hope!
@progx lets goooooo - yeah, I don't know what happened with my order. Everything seemed to be going peachy and then it kicked me back to the waiting screen (which I'm still at now). Seems very inconsistent, but happy to hear someone made it through!
Yup, it had me enter all my payment details and then hit "submit" to finalize the order and then it kicked me back to the wait list lobby. Life is pain.
So I was able to get past the empty cart issue and am actually entering my shipping and payment details at the moment, but now that I'm trying to submit for payment I'm getting the three stars of death. Pray for me that this actually works!

How long did it take for your confirmation page to update from "processing" once you were able to submit your order? 10-15 minutes?
