So if it’s free with microtransactions you’re happy to play without giving the developers a single penny, but now that it’s an upfront cost they’ll have to work to convince you to play? What exactly are they losing here besides your non-business? Why are they worried about someone playing for free who’s saying upfront that they aren’t intending to ever purchase anything? I’m failing to see the logic of “you screwed up and lost my non-business! I was willing to play for free, but not anymore!”
