My 11 year old loves this game. For $20 on sale it was a good buy for him.
The controls aren't great, but fine for the low-speed game this is. And the low-res textures are masked by the cartoony art-style. Even with its limitations I'm glad we got the Switch version instead of PS5 so I can kick him off the TV to play. I haven't noticed any crashes.
This game is bonkers, but great. There are almost too many ideas here, and it does feel a little janky and bursting at the seams at times. Maybe not a perfect 10, but fun and unique and really hooked me. Not for everyone, but it's cheap and a lot of content, so not much risk. Lots of weird British humor.
Blasphemous is fantastic. Pretty tough though. Had to play the last boss a lot. Also some pretty violent, pseudo-Catholic imagery if that bothers you too (hey, it's called Blasphemous!).
Impossible Layer is good to play with younger kids since the 3D overworld has a lot to do, but almost no enemies. The 2D levels are much harder. Visually it's a little dull, but a good deal at this price.
This game is super fun! Cheap on the eshop. Buy the physical to support the developer more, or if you're one of those "I only buy physical games" people.
@invictus4000 The graphics are super pixely, but they are smooth and well animated with a bouncy feeling. Looks better when playing than in screenshots. There's also a lot a graphical variety between different levels. I'd prefer "normal" graphics too, but it's not something that should hold to back from playing this.

Re: Talking Point: What's Your Switch Game Of 2021 So Far?
Cyber Shadow, baby! So fun.
Ender Lilies and Kaze are also very good. All cheap too. Get 'em all!
Re: Review: Subnautica + Subnautica Below Zero Double Pack - An Accomplished Double Dive
Is the Double Pack only for physical? The pre-order digital copies are sold separately. I assume it’ll be cheaper if you can buy them together.
