Wario Land 3, finally! Easily my favorite in the wario series. I completed it 100% this summer, but I'll be all for beating it again at the end of August!
I'll probably check the demo out again, and give it another chance. The $10 price drop is pretty appealing. Although, Pokemon is coming up and I'm pretty back logged...
I've always enjoyed North American game names slightly more, but I think regional differences are quite interesting. I never did like "Starwing" though. Earthbound will always be Earthbound to me, as Mother seems a little too far out for an RPG title, imo.
Man, I think Zelda II is a great game. I like the leveling up system, and the insane challenge. It's practically the definition of "NES difficult". So good.
I grew up with Melee, so that's the one ill always prefer. Ill never forget having all the guys over after school and playing for hours, what a phenomenal game. I also really enjoy the stages in Melee more, by far. Except for poke floats, what an evil level...
Shining Force and Columns! It's funny, when I first played The Genesis version of Columns on the Ps3 collection, I totally dismissed it as a Tetris-esque ripoff...but then I couldn't stop playing it! Now I can't get enough of the series, and realize that it stands pretty well on it's own. Haven't played shining force, but ill give it a shot!
Not too big of a deal, since there really are tons of games out/coming out for 3DS this year. Bummer though, since it's probably a 6+ month delay, and I was pretty hyped for this one. At least they didn't delay Pokemon!
@Doma I really hope they stick with random encounters. I don't think it's archaic, just a different style of game. Besides, random encounters are a tradition in Pokemon, and I think they work well in the games. I'm still on the fence about whether I like the way they changed Dragon Quest yet anyway.
As far as game details go, it would be great to get a ton of X & Y info around e3, especially since there's so much we don't know yet. October needs to get here soon.
The digital release is tempting, since it's Animal Crossing & all... But I just can't bring myself to download a retail game unless I can get it for free.
So ready for these games. Brawl was great, but I really hope that the new SSB game can be as top notch as Melee was. Maybe I have a soft spot for it since it's the first one I played... But regardless, ill probably purchase both on day one. Gotta love Smash!
I remember playing AC on the GameCube, & it was one of the reasons I bought a DS when Wild World came out. The way New Leaf looks so far makes me think it'll be the best one yet. Definitely a day 1 purchase, even though I'm overloaded with amazing 3ds titles.

Re: Character Outlines Will Be Customisable in 3DS Super Smash Bros.
I'm just glad they gave us the option. I can't imagine playing this on a regular 3ds though. Once you go XL, you never go back.
Re: Pokémon X & Y Japanese Pre-Orders Pass a Quarter of a Million in Two Days
I'd love a pre-order bonus here in the states, especially a figurine or a poster. I'm still waiting for the version exclusive list though anyway.
Re: Pokémon X & Y Soundtrack Features 212 Tracks
This is a cd that ill definitely be importing to the US.

Man, I really wish I lived closer to New York, id be there in a heartbeat. Anyone know if there are ever Nintendo events in Chicago?
