I'm glad you posted this. I bought Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars on the 3DS before the eshop closed and the free code for the WiiU version didn't work. It said you couldn't redeem codes on the eshop anymore. After seeing this I tried again and it worked.

Anyways, normally I wouldn't be particularly interested in this, but since WayForward is making this I might pick it up.
Also on the back of the manual it says "Note: Co-op Play requires two Nintendo 3DS systems and two game cards and two game cards (each sold separately).". For people who missed it "two game cards" is said twice. So we need four game cards? Ha..ha...
