@Damo I've always been surprised when a girl like her gets harassed, you would think that considering many women hate male gamers, you should be nice to one that actually plays. Maybe she's not into you, but if you're a gentleman, perhaps she'll introduce you to a friend. And besides what's more important is convincing/pleading with her to help beat Sonic Racing in hard mode (Priorities people).
Usually platform means the OS/APIs that Games/Software are built on. So in this case it would be something like Virtual Console, DSiWare - not another physical device.
1.) The gun debate is just a distraction. 2.) So a kid has a hobby that he does with his grandfather. He made the mistake of forgetting to take it out of his backpack before going to school... so what. Is that any different than someone interested in medieval weaponry and heraldry?
4.) I should point out, there has been mass homicide in american schools since they were opened. Usually every four years.
