Nintendo has been advertising the Wii U and 3DS as a family console right? I don't want my Miiverse account restricted because one of my family members gets a restriction (even if they deserved it). This new rule has some good intentions, but the fact that my account can be restricted (and maybe even perma-banned, if that applies as well) when I have done absolutely nothing wrong is incredibly stupid.
