@Maxz They had to. Frasers could not get Rewards and trade ins working on their till system. And the company who supplied the older EPOS wanted them to sign up to a new lease.
I was made redundant 2 years ago. And it’s a shame to see Frasers throw it in the bin after just 12 months dropping all the ‘Specialist’ staff especially after all the hard work is managers and their teams put into the new stores.
