This is incredibly disappointing. I had been checking back every day hoping for a soundtrack or some kind of cool exclusive .I'm not big on digital games in the first place as I prefer to buy physical ones. I think the least they could do is allow a platinum member to chose one from the platinum section and one from the gold... this is the first time I got Platinum and I really worked toward it after seeing all the great rewards in the past, and I'm already at gold status for the year. Just incredibly disappointed...

Really hoping this gets released soon, its been over a month since the last installment, hasnt it?

Personally, I'm glad they aren't changing things up too much. I don't like the whole concept of boats and trains and what not in Zelda games. I think THAT was changing it too much.

I used to rent this game with my friend. Yeah, its not the greatest game, but it does hold some nostalgia value for me. This was the only 2D Fighter I played in that era too... never really got into them.

I just finished this game today, and I thought it was awesome. The TGS comics were hillarious. Some of the dialogue was really good too. Yes, the game can get a little boring in some spots, but I also got stumped once or twice during the game. Took me about 3 hours to beat too...

I'm pretty sure North America wont get SSB until April.... as I've said before, that will be its 10 year anniversary

Well, I kinda gave up on VC awhile ago. I realized its cheaper to just buy the system and get the games I want. So, since then I got almost all of the NES, SNES, Genesis, and N64 games I wanted. VC is kinda pointless for me now, unless there is a rare game I would otherwise not be able to afford (Harvest Moon is one)

I'm guessing SSB is coming out in Japan for the 10 year anniversary (Jan 21 1999). Perhaps an April release for NA?

It took me a whole day to register 5 games. Whenever I tried to do the Wii Play survey it brought me to the "Whoops!" error page. It seems to be loading a little faster today.

I actually dont think this is a bad game... its quite fun actually... dont expect some wicked in-depth gameplay but its fun to play now and then to relive the old days...

Wii sports does not count toward coins. The only games that work are the ones with the registration cards inside the box... for example, for games I have that don't work: Force Unleashed and Guitar Hero III because they arent made by Nintendo and don't have register cards inside.

Thanks. That sucks... I have over 16 games I downloaded and all of them were before that cut off date. Too bad...

How to do I link my wii and my nintendo account together? And also will the games I downloaded on VC in the past count towards this? Thanks

I got sick of waiting for them to come out with games I want, so instead I bought a NES and just buy whatever games I want from my local game shop...

Yeah, no offense... but paying more money to watch TV... on a wii on your tv? Ridiculous

I'm sure its been thrown around a lot, but it would be cool to have user ratings. Those give a pretty good sense of a game's value.

You guys need to stop complaining. Look on the bright side, you're getting more content than whats on the wiiware version.

I never had this when NES first came out, but I picked it up recently on cartridge, and while I love retro gaming, this didnt do anything for me

The multiplayer on this is awesome, like all Bomberman games.

I never had this game, actually. I rented it once and played it at my friend's house before, but besides that I had little experience with this game. Then I got wii on christmas 2006 and downloaded this game. Very addicting, fun gameplay. The camera angles can be annoying at times, but for one of the original 3D nintendo games, its amazing! I still havent completed it yet but hopefully soon I'll start playing it again until I beat it.

Besides the end boss being kind of a let down in difficulty, this is my favorite Metroid game and the first game I completed on VC. 5/5

This might be my favorite Mario game. Not too easy, not too hard, its just right, and a ton of fun. 5/5

Fun to play with friends, but I think Mario Kart Wii and even Super Mario Kart do a better job. Still, quite a fun game. 4/5

Really fun game, but pretty difficult. Atleast it has a password feature so you don't have to start at the very beginning everytime you die (Imagine that!) 4/5

One of the first NES games I can remember beating.... maybe one of the only ones? Good game, although quite different from the other Mario games. 4/5

The multiplayer on this game is fun for awhile.. the single player isn't bad either. If you're havin a few friends over this game is fun to play for an hour or two, but I dont think I'd be able to play it much more than that because it can get repetitive after awhile. 4/5

This game is really tough. We had it on NES but I can't ever remember playing it because my sister lost it. So I downloaded it with my girlfriend a few months ago and this was the first time I really played it. She had the version on Super Mario All Stars so she was more familiar with it then me. We pulled an all nighter trying to get as far in the game as we could, and man is that save system a on 2 player! That part really bugs me because theres some levels we get stuck on for hours, but the feeling of beating that level after trying forever is incredible, and to me, what video gaming is all about. Its not impossible, but it sure isn't an easy task. The levels themselves are classic Mario platforming, probably the best (or atleast tied with SMW) 5/5

Good stuff, but way too hard for my taste. If you're good at the original Super Mario Bros and liked it, get this game.... if you're bad like me, you might wanna pass unless you're curious.

Its a fun game, but I dont think I could play it for more than half an hour. Definetly worth the points though, since trying to find a SNES copy will run you for a lot more cash....

I remember playing this game with a game genie back in the day. Pretty tough game, I remember when me and my sister finally discovered the second dungeon in this game (I think a friend tipped us off... again this is before we had the internet)

They sure dont make em like they used to. Even after having this game for 18 years, I probably have beaten it only once or twice. Some of the levels are just tough!

Somehow I missed out on this in the N64 era... even though I had one. (Although I did at one point rent it(. This game is worth every penny you spend. Its very challenging on some levels.
