The localization is definitely not impressive but completely butchered. An awesome come, marred by a game breaking bug at release and a translation that is bad.
I don't know if the bug was patched but any player should wait for the Comittee of Zero translation anyway. They have worked for years on it, it's released in just a few weeks and have years and years of experience with the other Science Adventures Visual Novels. They are praised for their work.
