Just started playing this game and it did crash two times in the first 3 hours of multiplayer play. With the saving scheme you only lose up to one turn, but I hope the devs resolve these issues as the load time to start the game is not short.
I am hopeful for dynamax. Glad it looks like any pokemon can use it. I am hoping it increases the base stats relative to the level of the Pokemon instead of a percentage bigger, so it opens up the use of more Pokemon. Also would be nice if it altered support moves in some way, it will be sad if it is simple a stat buff though any move synergy would be nice.
@thesilverbrick touche, I guess I am hoping that competitiveness hidden in there somewhere, always dreaming... Here's to hoping the online provides a custom tournament feature and that there are at least some raids that require lvl 100 Pokemon and strategy to complete. My biggest dream are open gyms that are held and defended by actual players with custom teams of single type Pokemon.
@thesilverbrick 90% Pokemon are worthless already (lovability and cuteness aside), maybe not if you play competitively in UU and NU, but most don't find a home in competitive formats. It is unfortunate that they can not be brought in, but for us competitive types I am happy the meta will not be bloated with legendaries and junk.
