On the Nintendo UK site it says that Ghost Mansion Party is only 800 points. I haven't checked the Wii shop so I don't know if it's the same there though.
This was one of the first games I downloaded and was really enjoying it until I got a new HDTV and cable for my Wii. Ever since then I can't play it with that cable since the screen is all messed up! I can't be bothered to keep swapping cables as its hard to reach round the back of the TV just to play this game. I'm really disappointed and don't think I'll be downloading any other Megadrive games anytime soon.
