Re: Beautiful Disney-esque Horror 'Bye Sweet Carole' Gets Suitably Spooky Release Date

A big reason why he doesn’t care I think about the pricing of a game or whether goes on sale or not is because in reality most games should be going digital out the gate not every game in my opinion deserves a physical release. We all have a collection of physical games that we absolutely adore and we all have a huge collection of digital games that we plan on playing, but just haven’t come across to doing it or we started it and just didn’t like it so the fact that if a game goes on sale doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad it just reflects on what the proper value of it is.. now that you don’t have to physically have a game out the gate and you can buy a digitally. If you love a game enough you will buy that game physical to own it forever. We all have games that we own digital that we are more than OK with not owning or playing 15 years down the road because it just wasn’t that impactful to us when we first played it . so I like the fact that as a developer, he doesn’t get hung up on trying to make the most money out the gate because the game will make money one way or the other because he doesn’t have to deal with the cost of buying cartridges to put them on and getting them into stores to sell where they’ll just sit there and collect us now that the proper brick and order retailer isn’t a thing like it was once before so now developers don’t have to feel that pressure of delivering a five star game out the game they should just make the game that they intended to make from the very beginning and let the consumers aside whether it deserves to be on a physical cartridge .

Re: Random: Forget Dread, It's All About Metroid: Other M On Twitter Right Now

I'm so tired of living in a time where people can't just play a game to enjoy it everybody wants to sit around at a table and talk about video games like if it was a microbrewed beer at a local distillery. It's beer it's a game it's meant to be enjoyed and played not to sit there and think of every little detail of the story or the character. To hear people get upset over a character calling somebody lady or whether she was too small compared to the male characters it's a game it's Samus she was the star of the game she will always be the star of the game people are just nitpicking and trying to find things to argue about this is why the times we live in now are so ridiculous because you can't just enjoy things for what they are everything has to have a deeper meaning and not everything is meant to have a deep meaning.

Re: Talking Point: Why Metroid Dread Will Be Worth $60

Thedoodlindork

It's def not worth 60 dollars. Read the tea leafs guys, they are rehashing a 3ds game cause it was the fastest and cheapest option. We won't get a switch pro til at least 2022 since Nintendo rather wait till it can have enough supply to match the software numbers once they release Metroid prime 4 and breath of wild 2 they will def need the horse power for those games. The switch can handle that. This was a no brained, take and old game and give it a fresh coat of paint and call it new.
